Since November 1st 2023, French learning needs in the workplace in Quebec are overseen by Francisation Québec, a new entity operating under the Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration (MIFI).
STEPS REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT AN APPLICATION :
- Create a profile on the Arrima platform and add 2 more administrators in case of replacement for vacations or departures.
- One of our consultants will contact you to discuss your needs.
- Short-term trainings (80 hours or less) – focus on specific needs.
- Qualifying trainings (between 80-300 hours) – focus on general learning.
- 7 levels available.
- Flexible schedules.
- Courses offered remotely or in person.
- Francization program offered to businesses in all regions.
- We organize the level assessments for the employees. Possibility of making homogeneous groups of the same level or multilevel groups.
- Subsidies available : Training costs – up to 100%. Salaries – up to $ 26/hour per employee.
- Our consultant does timely follow-ups with you during the classes to ensure the quality of our services and the overall progress of the participants.
- At the end of the program, we provide you with all supporting documents so that you can claim your wage subsidy.
We offer you a turnkey service : we complete the application documents and send them to Francisation Québec for processing and approval.
